Bloody Mary with a SteirerKren horseradish "foam top"

Ingredients for 2 long drinks: 

1 ¼ cup tomato juice
4 tablespoons vodka
2 dashes of  Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice
A pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground pepper
1 jar of SteirerKren horseradish
A few fresh basil or lemon balm leaves if you wish

SteirerKren horseradish foam from the iSI Profi Whip: 

Ingredients for 16.9 floz in the iSi Cream Profi Whip:

1 cup buttermilk
½ cup sour cream
A pinch of sea salt
1-2 tablespoons of SteirerKren
3 leaves of standard or vegan gelatine

Directions: 

Put all the ingredients in a mixing tumbler with ice cubes if desired and into colonial style long drink glasses or thermo-glasses. As a finishing touch add the SteirerKren horseradish neat from the jar, or pour on top from the ISI Whip bottle as a SteirerKren horseradish foam.
