Cranberry-horseradish dip

Ingredients:  

150 ml cream
150 g sour cream
3 tbsp. SteirerKren
Salt & (white) pepper
3 - 4 tbsp. cranberry jam
lemon juice

Preparation: 

Mix the whip cream with the sour cream. Season with fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the freshly grated horseradish. Let it rest. Before serving mix the cranberry jam. A recipe from CookingCatrin.
