Lemon-horseradish butter

Ingredients:  

130 g butter
3 tbsp. SteirerKren
zests of half a lemon
juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp. rosemary twigs
salt & pepper

Preparation: 

Put the butter into a bowl. The butter should be soft. Add SteirerKren. Squeeze the lemon and and the the juice as well as the zests. Add fresh rosemary twigs and season it with salt and pepper. 
Prepare a piece of aluminum foil and place a piece of greaseproof paper. Put the butter mixture on it (10 cm long, 2 cm width). Roll the paper and put it into the fridge for several hours. A recipe from CookingCatrin.
