12 slices of smoked salmon
200g sauerkraut
4 tbsp crème fraîche
Salt, pepper
2 tablespoons of SteireKren
4 slices of toast or black bread
Dill branches or chisels
Place the smoked salmon slices next to each other. Wash the sauerkraut, squeeze it well and mix it with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Add a small amount of sauerkraut and SteirerKren to the salmon slices and roll into small rolls. Garnish with SteirerKren and Dill branches and serve with toothpicks on toasted bread.
This recipe can be prepared well and can be enjoyed as an appetizer or in between.
