SteirerKren bread spread

Ingredients:  

400 g of sausage, ham, 
roast pork (in the quantities you want)
150 g of yoghurt
2 tbsps of SteirerKren
2 bell peppers, yellow and green
Salt and pepper if you want

Preparation: 

Finely chop the sausage, ham, roast pork with a hand-held blender or mincing machine. The consistency needs to be almost creamy. Pour into a bowl and add yoghurt until the spread is easy to spread. Clean the bell peppers, dice very finely and mix in. Finally season with SteirerKren, salt and pepper. 

Gourmet tip: 

The spread is particularly delicious on brown bread.
