SteirerKren panna cotta with strawberries

Ingredients: 

250 g of milk,
300 g of cream
60 g of sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
3 leaves of gelatine
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsps of SteirerKren
1 cup of strawberries
A little orange liqueur

Preparation: 

For the panna cotta boil milk with sugar and vanilla sugar, add cream and bring to the boil again. Remove from the cooker. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze and stir into the hot creamy milk. Add SteirerKren and briefly mix with a hand-held blender – put through a sieve and pour into small glasses (6). Chill panna cotta for at least 2 hours. In the meantime cut strawberries into slices and marinade with orange liqueur. Put the chilled panna cotta decoratively in the glasses with the strawberries and serve.

Gourmet tip: 

Garnish your panna cotta additionally with white chocolate shavings or a few mint leaves.
